Have you done CrossFit before? We have an introductory class designed to get you ready to join our classes. Our CrossFit Foundations Class cycles every two weeks and is designed to prepare any clients to join the class.
Our programming is consistent with the core programming methodology for CrossFit. This is a proven evidence-based fitness program using intensity to challenge any fitness level. The program focuses on being the most well rounded human. From fighting chronic disease to achieving a higher level of fitness the program will be scaled to your needs.

Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. CrossFit has proven effective in these arenas. What to Expect
A happy hour in your busy day. Clear your mind and join our community. We are currently running seven (7) seven to eight (8) classes daily from Monday to Friday and one on Saturday; as well as “Open Gym” options.
