CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS
Beginner to Advanced
This is an all-inclusive fitness class designed with various levels from beginner to advance. Classes are scalable for all fitness levels. The same intensity adapted to different individuals in a group class setting following the guidance and monitoring from one of our capable coaches. Classes are programmed for 60 minutes (1 Hour) of training, accessories work and other skills are provided as additional options.
New to CrossFit?
Have you done CrossFit before? We have an introductory class designed to get you ready to join our classes. Our CrossFit Foundations Class cycles every two weeks and is designed to prepare any clients to join the class.
Methodology
Our programming is consistent with the core programming methodology for CrossFit. This is a proven evidence-based fitness program using intensity to challenge any fitness level. The program focuses on being the most well rounded human. From fighting chronic disease to achieving a higher level of fitness the program will be scaled to your needs.

What to Expect
A happy hour in your busy day. Clear your mind and join our community. We are currently running seven (7) seven to eight (8) classes daily from Monday to Friday and one on Saturday; as well as “Open Gym” options.

Assessment
Let’s align your goals and priorities with your physical capacity to build the program that is right for you. Assessing your range of motion and physical limitations are part of this process. This stage helps the coach to develop a program with a progressive fitness mentality.
Programming
Let’s start with your journey. You will be provided access to our individualized fitness mobile app. to access your programming anywhere at any time. Tracking your progress and providing the best examples and description for the movements you need to complete. You will complete your programming at your own pace. Whether you are enrolled at Los De La Isla CrossFit or from your own personal space we will be monitoring your journey.
Open Gym
Don’t like the group class setting or can’t make fit in to your schedule?
Looking for a world class facility? Got something extra in your mine? Them open gym is the right choice for you. Our box is continuously innovating to bring the latest equipment in functional training. Whether you are practicing CrossFit, participating in Individualize fitness program, or sport specific training we got you covered. We offer the most complete open gym set up in functional fitness for our area. Supported by our in-house fitness equipment store Viva La Fitness.
Our box setup provides for comfortable training option in-doors or outdoors with two open gym zones. The crowd in the open gym area is very diverse with clients getting ready for their next tennis tournament to the mom coming back from birth. The environment is professional and respectful. Once you have sign-in for your open gym package you will be provided access to our class reservation platform. That way you will have a space when you visit.
Remember to clean your area and put the equipment back were you found it!
